Clean up litter, remove weeds, or plant natives at creeks around Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton during one-time volunteer events.

9:00 – 11:30 a.m. on the first and third Saturdays of the month from October to April.

Volunteer through our Adopt a Creek program and take the initiative to lead your own creek clean-ups.
Time Commitment
Minimum 1 day per year.

Anyone can adopt a creek, including individuals, families, non-profits, community organizations, and local businesses.

What You’ll Do
Learn stream maintenance techniques in the field and lead groups of 10-40 volunteers in creek restoration projects.

2 – 4 days per week.
Who can participate?
College students or recent college graduates.
The Living Arroyos program is a multi-agency partnership between the cities of Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton, Zone 7 Water Agency, and the Alameda County Resource Conversation District.
