This 54 inch storm drain outfall located below Stanley adjacent to the Mocho Trail was built in 1955 and collects urban runoff (and street trash) from as far away as the 1st street Downtown Flag Pole.

This section of the Arroyo Mocho collects a large amount of trash from litter along the trail and from the upstream 1st street and 4th street storm drains.

Parking is available in Peppertree Plaza on Murrieta Boulevard and access is available along the Arroyo Mocho Trail.
